Phoenix, Az- The Ryan Racing team sat out the race in Tucson after a late arrival of racing parts left them thrashing to get the car together. Despire their best efforts the team came short and didn't feel they could bring their best cars to the track under these conditions. New graphics, a new rear end and cooling system for the car will help propell the 11 car to the front.
